I am trained to work with couples and polyamrous couples to work through issues of communication, connection, intimacy, sexual functioning, infidelity and more.

Families are constantly growing and changing by design, leading its members to often be on different pages. I am formally trained to work with families with children 6 and up, with a specialty in families struggling with gender or sexuality.

Depression and anxiety are two sides of the same coin. Anxiety is a normal evolutionary trait that can be situationally appropriate and disordered at the same time. Depression can leave you feeling hopeless, unengaged with typical interests, and disconnected from those around you. Research supports that the most effective way to improve anxiety and depression is a combination of medication and talk therapy but can look differently for everyone.

I am trained to work with Queer and Trans individuals to help navigate self-location, sexuality, body dysmorphia, and more.

I am trained to work with individuals, couples, and families struggling with sexuality or gender-related issues or wanting safe, affirming care. I also am trained to write Letters of Support for individuals seeking gender affirming medical care of any kind.

Loss is a natural part of life, but by no means does that make it any easier to go through. You are not alone in grief and can grow through loss and pain.

Many find talking about sex uncomfortable and taboo. There are no limits to what can be discussed in therapy when it comes to sex. I work mostly with sexual pain/pleasure, intimacy building, body exploration (individual and partnered), and infidelity issues.

All of our bodies are different and require different types of attention. For those with a rocky relationship with their body image, here we can explore radical self-acceptance, intuitive eating, confidence building, and more.
